For most workers, overtime starts after 9 hours in a day on a 5-day week, or after 8 hours in a day on a 6-day week.
Long days paid at the normal rate may mean overtime is missing.
Count the hours you really worked in a typical day.
A home-based caregiver is entitled to at least 25 consecutive hours of weekly rest.

Deductions must be for permitted actual expenses. Total permitted deductions generally may not exceed 25% of salary, except in the final month of employment.
A large total taken from your pay needs checking. The 25% rule is a warning, not a substitute for checking each line.

Your employer arranges private medical insurance during your employment and must give you a summary or translation in a language you understand. This is not ordinary Israeli public HMO coverage.

An employer who employs a foreign worker in a business must give a monthly itemized payslip. A private individual employing a foreign caregiver in their home is not required to issue that payslip.
Do not treat a missing payslip as a violation until the employment type is known.

A work injury follows the National Insurance route for a salaried employee, not the employer’s private policy.
